Your Cosmetic Surgery Journey
We want you to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout your entire experience with our practice. From your initial consultation through your postoperative care, our team will guide you every step of the way.

Schedule Your Consultation
Your journey begins by scheduling a cosmetic consultation with our office.
A $150 non-refundable cosmetic consultation fee applies to cosmetic consultations, effective January 5, 2026.

Welcome to Our Practice
The day before your consultation, you will receive a personal welcome text from our Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator.
She will introduce herself, help you prepare for your upcoming visit, and serve as a point of support as you begin your journey with our practice.

Meet With Your Provider
At your consultation, you will meet with Dr. Griffin or a member of our clinical team, depending on the procedure you are considering.
Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals and areas of concern, the procedure(s) you are interested in, your questions and expectations and the treatment options that may be appropriate for you.

Receive Your Personalized Quote
Following your consultation, you will receive a personalized quote for your planned procedure(s), typically the same day or by the next business day. Your quote will outline the applicable professional fees and next steps.
When you are ready to move forward, you will be asked to review and sign your quote and provide any additional documentation required by our office before surgery can be scheduled.

Reserve Your Surgery Date
Once the required documentation has been completed, our team will assist you with selecting and securing your surgery date.
A 30% non-refundable deposit of Dr. Griffin’s professional fee is required to book your surgery.Your surgery is not considered officially booked until the required deposit and documentation have been received by our office.

Prepare for Surgery
Approximately two weeks before your procedure, you will return to our office for your preoperative appointment with our Registered Nurse (RN).
During this visit, we will review your preoperative instructions, answer questions, discuss what to expect on the day of your procedure, and make sure you are prepared for surgery and recovery.

Your Procedure
On the day of your procedure, our team will guide you through each stage of your surgical experience and provide you with the postoperative instructions needed for your recovery.

Your First Postoperative Visit
Your first postoperative appointment will take place on the Wednesday following your procedure.
During this appointment, you will meet with our nurse, who will evaluate your recovery, answer questions, and provide guidance for the next stage of your healing process.

Continued Follow-Up & Support
Your care does not end after surgery. Dr. Griffin and our team will advise you when to return for additional postoperative appointments based on your procedure and individual recovery.

Once you are approved for CareCredit, you can continue using the card for other medical expenses if you choose. You can apply for financing in advance of your consultation or procedure. Health Savings Account
HSA accounts with a Visa or Mastercard logo are accepted however we will NOT be able to provide an itemized statement until after claims have been submitted and processed.

Day of Surgery
It is important to arrive promptly at the scheduled time. It is important to bring any item(s)and garments that were given during preoperative appointments. License, Insurance cards and or any form of payment is required.
After Care
Be sure to follow postoperative instructions that are given to you at the time of booking your surgery and within the Griffin Plastic Surgery folder that is given during patient’s preoperative appointment. Notify your doctor if you notice any abnormalities at the operative site.
Massage Information – Lymphatic massages are HIGHLY recommended with any procedures including Liposuction or Fat Grafting. Massages must be performed by a Massage therapist who is certified in lymphatic massages.
