The GPS Process

Every patient must schedule a consultation with our office, where desired procedure(s) will be discussed and Dr. Griffin will give professional opinion on what procedure(s) will be best. There is a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE cosmetic fee. The patient will then receive a quote for planned procedure(s), where they must sign as a form of agreement and provide us with *additional documents in order for us to book their surgery. In order to book their surgery, there is a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of Dr. Griffin’s Professional fee. The patient will then come in to see the RN for their preoperative appointment which is 2 weeks prior to their procedure. The patient will then have another appointment on the Wednesday following their procedure, where they will see Dr. Griffin and be advised when to come in next for their post-op appointments.

CareCredit is a credit card that is specifically intended for medical expenses, including plastic surgery or Med Spa procedures. Once you are approved for CareCredit, you can continue using the card for other medical expenses if you choose. You can apply for financing in advance of your consultation or procedure. Health Savings Account

HSA accounts with a Visa or Mastercard logo are accepted however we will NOT be able to provide an itemized statement until after claims have been submitted and processed.

Day of Surgery

It is important to arrive promptly at the scheduled time. It is important to bring any item(s)and garments that were given during preoperative appointments. License, Insurance cards and or any form of payment is required.

After Care

Be sure to follow postoperative instructions that are given to you at the time of booking your surgery and within the Griffin Plastic Surgery folder that is given during patient's preoperative appointment. Notify your doctor if you notice any abnormalities at the operative site.

 

Massage Information - Lymphatic massages are HIGHLY recommended with any procedures including Liposuction or Fat Grafting. Massages must be performed by a Massage therapist who is certified in lymphatic massages.
